How can I find journal impact factors?

Answer

Unfortunately, We do not have the Journal Citation Reports service as part of our Web of Science subscription. We’d recommend using Eigenfactor (http://eigenfactor.org/) instead. This is a free service sponsored by the University of Washington. It doesn’t calculate the exact same way as Journal Citation Reports, but according to various studies it provides a better, more rigorous measure of influence than Clarivate's proprietary Impact Factor. For more information on EigenFactor, see http://www.eigenfactor.org/whyeigenfactor.php and http://www.eigenfactor.org/
