Is the library accessible for people with disabilities?

Answer

Galvin Library has various accommodations to provide accessibility to individuals with disabilities.

Galvin Library is accessible via a front door ramp, electrical doors, and wide-gate access on the first level for individuals with wheelchairs. The second floor is accessible via elevator.  The Group Study Suite on the lower level has an image magnification system. Library staff will assist with retrieving items from shelves or demonstrating assistive technologies. Individuals may also request items to be pulled from the library shelves for pick up at the Circulation Desk online.
