The vending machine ate my money, what do I do?

You should make service and refund requests by using the phone number or QR code found on the vending machine. Refund requests may also be requested by contacting Canteen at 800-676-6652. See a list of Snack and/or Beverage vending machines in Mies campus buildings here.
All the vending machines in the library are managed by third-party vendors, so unfortunately library staff cannot refund your money.
