The vending machine ate my money, what do I do?

All machines are managed by third-party vendors, so unfortunately library staff cannot refund your money. You should make service and refund requests by using the phone number or QR code found on the vending machine. Refund requests may also be requested by contacting Canteen at 800-676-6652.
